Born in 1959. MA in Sociology. At Copenhagen University: on the violent learning processes in both institutions during the late middle ages. Ph.D. dissertation defended 2003 at Roskilde University: on Danish Military leadership and organization and it's impact on soldiers understanding of and behavior in peace operations. Based on a Field study of Danish KFOR.
